Refund Policy

Plain-language summary. If something is broken on our end, we'll make it right. Free trials are exactly that — free. After a paid period starts, fees for that period are non-refundable, except in the cases listed below. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing & Subscription; cancellations stop future charges and preserve access until the end of the billing period.

1. Free Trials

Eligible plans include a free trial period. No charge is made during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial from the billing portal and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins at the listed plan price.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly fees are charged in advance for the upcoming month. When you cancel, your workspace remains accessible until the end of the period you've paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days, except as outlined in Section 4.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, we will refund the unused portion on request.

After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.

5. Trial Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe the request is the result of abuse (e.g. repeated free-trial signups under different identities), fraud, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@dealerbosses.com with your workspace slug, the date of the charge you'd like refunded, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your workspace pending resolution. Please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved faster and more fully than the chargeback process allows.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
